In a mountain setting, come and enjoy a wide range of flavors, from cheese specialties to the most refined dishes, most of which are produced locally and respect the seasons.
Traditional and contemporary cuisine is available for lunch and dinner. Local meats, fish from the Côte d'Azur, cheese specialities such as Capcir fondue... make up a vast choice where regional products are always on the menu.
For the aperitif, as well as throughout the meal, we'll be delighted to offer you the best aperitif wines, most of them Côtes du Roussillon Bio-Nature, to match the dishes served.
